SHARE YOUR NOTES WITH YOUR FRIENDS & COLLEAGUES DIRECTLY IN SCRIBZEE
You can now share all your scans directly in the app with whoever you want, whenever you want, in a few clicks. Your friend missed a class and needs your notes to revise before an exam? Send them to him and he will receive them directly in the app. Working on a collaborative project?
Ask your colleagues to share their notes with you. You will receive them in SCRIBZEE. All your notes will be centralised in the application and you will be able to take advantage of all the associated SCRIBZEE features such as: organising your documents by folder, adding photos to your class & revision notes, setting reminders on scans to be reread/worked on, etc...

Studying for exams or a test can often be long, stressful and painful and not always efficient ; expecially for the information you need to learn by heart. SCRIBZEE and OXFORD have developed an easy and efficient revision method: - Flashcards : an effective way to learn certain types of information such as dates, formulas or vocabulary. Flashcards are small cards that contain a question on the front and an answer on the back. To revise, read the question on the front of the card and try to remember the answer before looking at the back of the card. Testing yourself regularly is a great way of learning to anchor knowledge deeper in the brain. - SCRIBZEE REVISION mode : memorise your flashcards in record time with the incredibly powerful spaced repetition algorithm based on the Leitner method. The algorithm adapts to your way of learning by creating made-to-measure revision sessions that concentrate on the flashcards you still need to memorise and less on the cards you’ve already learned. It's the ideal way to make the most of your revision time.

It is not always easy to find THE note that contains the information you’re looking for. No worries, SCRIBZEE® helps you track down your notes in no time. The SCRIBZEE® app now includes a handwriting search engine to search within the handwritten contents of their notes.
Select SEARCH from the main SCRIBZEE® menu and enter your search. The search results will appear immediately on the screen. The colour (green, blue, or orange) indicates how closely the result matches your search. If necessary, narrow down your search by adding dates.
Your handwritten notes will never be lost again. Even your oldest notes are searchable. Find everything you ever wrote, every word, every sentence, every idea. Your notes at your fingertips, available to read in seconds.

With the new web app, access SCRIBZEE® via the web browser on your laptop or tablet. The larger screen of your device means managing and reading your notes is more comfortable.
In this new version of the web app we’ve completely changed the design to allow immediate access to all your notes (Notes, Cards, Spot Notes etc.) and your folders.
We’ve also added note annotation which is exclusively available on the web app. Add information to a note, highlight certain words or sentences, underline important notes, or even add a message to yourself or to a friend or colleague before you share a note.
Any annotations you make will of course be visible on your notes when you view them via the smartphone app.

Taking a quiz is a not only a fun way to revise, it's also super efficient.
SCRIBZEE® now includes a quiz mode to revise your flash cards on your smartphone. SCRIBZEE® presents your flashcards one after the other. Read each one and try and guess the answer.
If you find the right answer, swipe the card to the right. If not, swipe left. SCRIBZEE® shows your score on screen and prompts you to take the whole quiz again or just the questions you got wrong. You can ask your parents or your friends to quiz you or revise on your own.

The Dashboard view shows you a summary of all your revision notes by status, making it super easy to target only the notes you still need to revise.

Write a title at the top of the page* in capital letters and scan it with SCRIBZEE®. SCRIBZEE® will rename your note using the like words it finds in your existing note titles or folder names.

All you have to do is write a '+' symbol in front of the phone number. We've also added a Speed Dial button within the app. Tap the button and SCRIBZEE® will dial the number automatically.
* The OCR feature is only available on certain notebooks with a wide white space at the top of the page or a wide header box.
